I would like to take a moment to introduce myself; my name is Nick Marsala and I'm a licensed Realtor residing in the growing community of Wesley Chapel, Florida... or the “WC” to some .  I relocated to this suburb of Tampa from the Northeast US in October 2004.  I love living in the greater Tampa area with my family and running an established business in this town.  I'll try my best to keep this section brief; I realize that the house hunting has begun and you're ready to get started.
